The world´s first green file format: the WWF

The WWF is one of the most important environmental organizations in the world. For 50 years the WWF pursues one goal: to rescue the rainforests. Millions of square meters of rain forest are cleared every year. For paper on which pointless documents are printed out, all around the world. We wanted to stop this unnecessary printing and start raising global awareness of the destruction it causes.

That´s why we invented the world´s first green file format: the WWF.

A file format that simply cannot be printed out. A simple idea to save trees. Every individual, every company and every organization can join in by simply downloading, using and sharing WWF files. Many campaigns improve environmental awareness. This campaign improves the environment. Our simple message:
